In using this website ‘Jeepey.com’ you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.


Wherever possible we take the actual image(s) of the parts advertised, however, this is not always possible and we have to use the manufacturer's image(s). Manufacturer's images do not always reflect actual part number selected, and are provided for illustration purposes only, and may vary slightly from products received. Part numbers listed are used for reference purposes only. No implication is made that the actual products sold are the product of the original equipment manufacturer, unless otherwise stated.

All prices and info are correct, excluding genuine errors. However due to fluctuations in the market prices a very small percentage of products may still have an out of date price attached (this could be either an increase or decrease to the price which is currently advertised). We make every effort to alter these before posting but on the odd occasion an incorrect price may still be attached, and in this case you will be contacted before your order is posted.


We reserve the right to alter without prior notice any content found within this website. If we change our Terms and Conditions, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information has changed. By using the site after any such revision you agree to be bound by such changes. The manufacturer reserves the right to make component changes without notification. Although we attempt to accurately reflect all products displayed, images and specifications may differ from purchased products and should be used as a guide only. Specifications may also differ between countries. The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

  • excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company’s literature; and
  • excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.

NB. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.

Important Notice for Owners of Modified Vehicles

When owning and driving a modified vehicle, the following points should be noted:

  • It is the owner’s responsibility to have all bolts/nuts checked for tightness after the first 50 miles and then every 1000 miles.
  • Wheel alignment, steering system, suspension and driveline systems must be inspected by a qualified professional mechanic at least every 3000 miles.
  • It is strongly advised you notify your Motor Insurance Company of the modifications to your vehicle.
  • A small number of the parts or accessories we have available may not be legal to use on the Public Highway within the UK and certain EU Countries, and are sold for show and off road only.
  • If you have any doubt concerning the use of parts fitted to your vehicle, including 'Frontal Protection Regulations' (noted below) please contact us for further information.
  • By using your vehicle on the Public Highway you have accepted any potential risk, and excludes all liability now, or in the in the future, for Jeepey Limited.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain whether products being purchased, or the fitting of those products to your or any vehicle comply with regulations.

Frontal Protection Regulation

These parts should not be fitted to your vehicle for use on a public highway. When fitted it is illegal to use your vehicle on the public highway (reference the regulations came into force on May 25th 2007).

We do not sell these parts for public highway use in the UK or EU, and they should ONLY be fitted for OFF ROAD USE. Failure to comply may result in legal prosecution and could invalidate your insurance cover.

Payment & Delivery

Payment can be made by credit/debit card via our website, alternative payment methods include PayPal, BACS or by cheque via post. Please make all cheques payable to "Jeepey Limited". Goods will be despatched upon receipt of cleared funds. We do not have facilities for collections.

We will deliver to the address given to us by you at the time you place your order. For security reasons, we cannot deliver to addresses other than the address of the cardholder where a credit or debit card has been used for payment, unless otherwise authorised by the card holder in advance. In the interests of credit card security you may be contacted with a request for additional information, prior to the dispatch of your order.

Should we have to reimburse your payment via credit/debit card, a 3.5% charge will be levied to cover our refund fees and administration costs. These charges will be waived if your refund is due to faulty goods, or we have dispatched the wrong item.

We will normally despatch your order to you within 3 business days. International orders are generally despatched within 3 business days of receipt of cleared funds. Estimated delivery times are advised when we confirm your order. Dependent on which courier is used for your delivery, we may also require telephone number, in case we need to contact you, and this number may be given to our couriers in order to help with the delivery of your goods. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

On receipt of the goods from the courier, any damage to the packaging must be noted as ‘Damaged’ when signed for. Failure to do so will indicate that you have received them in good condition and will be unable to claim for any Damage. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery. On receipt of the goods please cross-reference these against your order and report any discrepancies within 24 hours; after this point your are confirming you are in receipt of the correct items and Jeepey Ltd have fulfilled the order placed.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive; you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by using our Returns Form. We will contact you to authorise your return and allocate a returns reference number. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or incorrectly described. This does not apply to goods which have been specially ordered or manufactured and are supplied correctly, including items on "Check Delivery" which may have to be imported as a bespoke part to fulfil your order requirements. These items will be deemed as "Special Order" and not eligible for a refund unless proven faulty, if you are unsure regarding the part required, please contact us for further details. If you are returning goods after 7 days, a 15 to 30% restock fee will apply, and a credit note will be issued for the balance.

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Problem from misuse or improper installation
  • Opened electrical items such as sensors, computers, programmers and wiring kits
  • Specially ordered or manufactured items (supplied correctly and without fault)
  • Sale or Clearance items
  • If not in a saleable condition

Please be aware all refunds will be issued via the original payment method only. Refunds will only be completed this way comply with our Merchant agreement but to ensure we are adhering to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and The Money Laundering and Transfer of Funds (Information) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

New items returned due to dispatching the wrong item

Although we endeavour to dispatch all orders without error, mistakes do occasionally happen. If the return is due to an error on our behalf, return postage costs will be reimbursed when items have been received by Jeepey.

NB. All returns must be sent via a tracked and signed for method of delivery only.

For larger items a maximum limit of £15 can be reimbursed with proof of delivery cost. You must return goods within 7 days, ensuring you complete our Returns Form, for a returns instructions and reference number.

Warranty Statement

Most of our goods are covered by manufacturers' warranties. This expressly excludes any claim for the cost of the labour that may be involved in replacing faulty Goods, unless otherwise stated. Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. Should the purchaser be a business, or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes we shall not be liable to purchaser for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect), business data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of Goods from Jeepey Limited. Liability shall be limited to the price paid for the Goods. If you feel you do have a warranty claim before returning any goods please call or email us for a warranty assessment. All parts returned for a warranty assessment, will be investigated prior to replacement or refund. If a replacement is required before returning the original part ordered, payment will be requested. Following satisfactory return and analysis of the part, and providing the part is found to be faulty, a credit will be issued for this part including your postage costs. If a part needs a warranty assessment by the manufacturer, then you will need to return the part to our office using our Returns Form, making sure you have the following information available when you return it:

  • The original date of purchase and invoice number.
  • Information related to the vehicle the part was installed on: registration and VIN; current mileage and mileage at time of installation; general condition of the vehicle; any alterations to the engine, transmission, transfer case, suspension type and/or axle type.
  • Photographic or video evidence of the faulty part or problems identified.
  • Was the installation performed by Storm Customs Limited when you purchased the part?
  • Was the part installed professionally in a place of business? If so, please provide their contact information, including business name, address, postcode and phone number.
  • Was the part inspected prior to installation and determined to be potentially defective? If the part had been inspected and was installed, please describe in detail the problem(s) you are experiencing.

The reason we require this information is because we take seriously any and all issues pertaining to the quality of our parts. Jeepey Limited strives to provide the best quality parts, so when the quality of one of our parts is questioned, we need to determine if the part is defective or if there are other factors, such as improper installation or abuse, that may be a cause. If it is determined by the manufacturer that a part is defective in fit and/or workmanship, then Jeepey Limited will, at its discretion, reimburse or replace the part in question.

Jeepey Limited cannot be held responsible for any defects that are the result of improper installation or abuse, or held responsible for any part that was not installed professionally in a place of business.

Warranties are non-transferrable and are in effect as long as the original purchaser owns the merchandise and for the time agreed upon in the terms and conditions of that warranty or guarantee.

Availability of goods ordered

If we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible at which point you will be offered the choice of accepting substitute goods of equivalent value or a complete refund of any sums that you have paid.

Back orders

If in rare instance that your item is not in stock when your order is processed you will be contacted as soon as possible; your item will be put on back order then you will be given a full delivery update with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for the dispatch date.

Import duties

All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK import duties, unless otherwise stated. In the unlikely event your order may render you liable to import, state, local or other taxes, you will be advised; such taxes are entirely your responsibility within the UK. You are responsible for payment of any charges your government may issue when the goods arrive at their destination country outside the UK. We will not reimburse any additional costs in excess of notified charges if incurred regardless of circumstances.

VAT and import duties

All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT and import duties, unless otherwise stated. In the unlikely event your order may render you liable to import, state, local or other taxes, you will be advised; such taxes are entirely your responsibility within the UK. Customers within the EU are required to pay VAT on goods. You are responsible for payment of any charges your government may issue when the goods arrive at their destination country outside the UK. We will not reimburse any additional costs in excess of notified charges if incurred regardless of circumstances.

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.


Jeepey Limited and Storm Customs Limited does not warrant that the products marketed do comply with the laws and regulations of the country where those goods are purchased or used, Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.

You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Great Britain in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
